These darling Tutus are all the rage now. You can pay upwards of $50 for one at a local boutique. I saw them for even more in the mall. However, if you pick your favorite hour of TV and grab a couple of supplies and you can make your little one's day with a great new dress up!
Martha has great ideas doesn't she! She has this great way of changing an ordinary window into a cute shelf. I think that I am going to try this in my dining room. I have a window there that I have been wanting to put a buffet but I don't want it to take up too much space. This idea is perfect.
While living in the Dominican Republic, I was entranced by a man that elaborately ornate miniature tables and chairs out of soup cans. You had to look very closely at them to realize that they were cans maticulously cut, twisted and gathered into shapes. I love the idea of this chair for that reason.
I absolutely love to refinish furniture. Nothing is ugly or out of date with the right finish. I saw this dresser and thought "Oh Yeah!" I have to try this one.
This is one of my very favorite sites for crochet patterns. I love that I can go to this site and find nearly anything that I want to whip up. From hats to booties to shrugs to fridgies, they have it all. The best part about the whole thing...it's all free!
I am a stay at home mom to a Fairy, a Bear and a Toad. They are the loves of my life and my inspiration to everything! I absolutely love to sew, craft, crochet, knit and just about anything else you can think of. You name the craft and not only will I love it, I will also have to sheepishly admit that I probably have all of the supplies to do it!
